Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with original labels, accessories, and protective packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact infinifacet@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and order issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, and gift card purchases cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day cancellation period

If an order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and the eligibility conditions above.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact infinifacet@gmail.com.
