These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infinifacet website, online store, products, content, and related services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify. By visiting the site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

2. Products and handcrafted characteristics

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, and finishes accurately. Screens and lighting can affect appearance. Because many Infinifacet pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in dimensions, color distribution, bubbles, cutting marks, surface texture, and optical effects may occur. These characteristics are part of the craft and are not necessarily defects.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or quantities inconsistent with personal use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other fees may be added where applicable. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping options and available estimates are presented at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Additional statutory rights may apply.

6. Care and safe use

Crystal and glass products can be heavy, fragile, and susceptible to impact or thermal shock. Follow supplied care information, place items on stable surfaces, and do not use decorative pieces for food, drink, heat, or flame unless the product description expressly states that use is intended.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Services; introduce malicious code; scrape or exploit the Services without authorization; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit false information; impersonate another person; or use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and their content—including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, video, and software—are owned by or licensed to Infinifacet and protected by law. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, carriers, social networks, and other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

10. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, reviews, images, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with the Services and our business, subject to law and our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors and availability

Information may occasionally contain errors or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, or availability. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders as permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access. Nothing excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinifacet and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Services or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Infinifacet from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect customers, Infinifacet, Shopify, or others. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Infinifacet is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date.
