Modeled after the shape of a gourd, this wine vessel is crafted using the "bamboo-thread binding" technique—an Intangible Cultural Heritage craft of international renown.
It is created by artisans who hand-weave bamboo threads—meticulously selected so that only eight taels are yielded from every hundred catties of *Cizhu* bamboo harvested from the shaded slopes of Sichuan’s Qionglai Mountains—around a core of high-clarity crystal.
